  2. What therapy approaches do you use? I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety disorders, mindfulness techniques, and play therapy for younger clients. My approach is strengths-based and tailored to each individual's needs.

  3. What specific issues do you help with? I support clients with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning differences, depression, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation, family conflict, self-esteem, stress management, social media use, gaming concerns, and LGBTQIA+ related questions.

  4. Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions? Yes! I provide both in-person and telehealth (virtual) sessions, depending on what works best for you and your family's needs and preferences.

  5. What ages do you work with? I work with clients from approximately age 7 through young adulthood (college-aged students).

  7. Do you accept insurance? I am not in-network with insurance companies. However, I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  8. What are your session fees? Sessions are $225 for a standard 50-minute appointment. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need—please inquire if this would be helpful.

  9. How long is each therapy session? Each session is typically 50 minutes in length.

  10. What should I expect in the first session? The first session focuses on getting to know you (and your child or teen, if applicable), understanding your concerns and goals, and on providing eduction about the therapeutic process, including treatment planning.
